Q. Can I exchange or return an item?
A. You may return your unused product within 21 days of the purchase date.
- It will be the original purchasers responsibility to cover return shipping charges.
- We do not offer direct exchanges, so if you wish to exchange product you will need to return the undesired product for a refund and place a new order for your replacement for online purchases only.
Q. I received a damaged or defective item?
A. Please contact customer service as it is within 40 days from purchase at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into the issue.

Once you input your order number and email, shipping instructions will be provided.
We accept returns on items that are unused and unwashed.
Once we receive your return, it may take up to 14 business days for the refund to be posted to your bank account.
